I have XP Home, I want to make a backup of my entire
system, including my installed programs. Can I use
ntbackup to make an image of my harddrive, and be able to
restore it back even from a completly empty harddrive? I
want to create an autorun CD that will restore my system.
Thanks for the help.

Windows XP's backup program is designed primarily to backup up
data. What you need is a third-party "imaging" program.
