NT4 Dom to Win2k/AD dom

Can anyone tell me the best way or refer me to a KB article that will
outline migrating NT4 to Windows 2000 and AD? I have a small office of about
15 users that currently has 2 DC's one is actually used as a file server.
Just an outline would be appreciated...

here are some articles that I read when I was updating our
NT4 Domain to W2K with AD in a 200 users single-domain
environment. I hope they're helpful. I think I have some
other somewhere. The key is Planning. Don't forget to take
your BDC comlpetly down, before attempting the upgrade.
