Authentication at the host end How do I provide authentication?
Beacuse sender/receiver address host name all are correct. Do i have to
include the password somewhere in mailto.

Most service providers operate an SMTP server that does
***not*** require authentication. However, there are
exceptions. If your SMTP server requires authentication
then you must use a command line mailer that has the
facility to supply a password. One of them is blat.exe
(http://www.snapfiles.com/get/blat.html).

Finally mailto is working I tested it and its working, You were spot
on!! There was SMTP authentication happening which was blocking it.

thanks a million, I just wrote a batch fileand if it failsit mails me
and tested it successfuly.
