NT Authority\System

I am getting the following errors since I re-install Win
XP two days ago:

Error: System must be shut down. (NT Authority\System)

THe Remote Procedure Call (RPC) terminated unexpectidly.

It seems to be a web related error, as it only seems to
happen, when I am connected to the internet.

I am runing on a Dell, with 320 MB Ram and a new 80gig HD.
