NT 4.0 Server Upgrade to Win 2000 Server - New Hardware

I have a single server (PDC) network running Windows NT
4.0 Server SP6a. I want to install Windows 2000 with AD on
a new hardware platform and then migrate the SAM Database
from the old server into the active directory on the new
server. How do I do it? Is there a wizard?

Use the Active Directory Migration Tool to migrate your Windows NT 4.0
domain to a Windows 2000 Active Directory installation. The following KB
