I have an NT 4.0 Server sp6 PDC on a dual 2.0 GHZ XEON and it is running
Exchange 5.5 sp4. I want to upgrade to Windows 2000 first and then upgrade
to Exchange 2000, besides changing LDAP port number on exch 5.5 what else do
I need to do to accomplish his with no problems?? I do not have any other
server I can use, also have an NT 4.0 BDC that is very very very old do not
want to do anything with it but decommision it. I do not want to migrate due
to the domain needing to change and all users are too used to the old domain
(had it for 6 years). Please make sure I am doing this right.

Also will there be any problems if I just upgrade to Windows 2000 with
Exchange 5.5 on the machine or do I need to change something other than LDAP
port?

This answer does not suffice I have read the document and it does not take
into the equation of having PDC and EXCH 5.5 on same server. If I just
upgrade to Windows 2000 and do not do anything else but purely upgrade from
NT 4.0 to 2000 will I have any problems?
