Hi KM,
Are you running Windows XP?

If so, please check in your systray (where the clock is) and let us know if
you see an orange/black bull's-eye looking thingy there. Also please open
Programs, and look for Microsoft AntiSpyware there. If no to both, then you
likely have a corrupted download, and I suggest you download a fresh copy
and try again.
