NotifyAlert.exe question

I get the following during startups: NotifyAlert.exe-Common Language Runtime
Debuggin Service Application has generated an exception that could
not be handled Process id=0x4f8 (1272), thread id=0x5b4 (1460) **note that
these numbers change during each resart** Click OK to terminate the
application. Click CANCEL to debug the application.

Clicking CANCEL just tells me it can't debug unless I debug manually, which
I have no clue how to do.

Been having trouble lately with pesky spyware. Loaded Spybot, Adaware, Yahoo
Spyware thing, CWS shredder......can't seem to shake the spware that
redirects my browser to "about:blank" website.

Anybody have suggestions?!?
