Notification that a record is overdue

My wish is that when access opens, it will automatically notify me of any
records in a particular table that are overdue by 7 or 5 days. I can write a
select query that will identify these, however, I need this to refresh its
self everytime access is open, I supose its like when an email comes in, then
you are notified that its arrived. Thats the line i'm going down. I dont want
to open access and have to run the query everyday, why, because i will forget.

Any help would appreciated thanking you in advanced.

You can create a form that's bound to your query, and have that form set as
the Startup form for your application.

In Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Scheduled Tasks add the shortcut
to the database and the workgroup file, and set File | Properties | Schedule
| Schedule Task to At System Startup since your overdue time frame is in days.
