Notification Messages on Taskbar

I have a problem in that the notification messages that appear when you put
the mouse on one of the icons on the taskbar show up behind the taskbar,
i.e. blocked by the taskbar. Is there somewhere I can change this?

Hi Frank,

A common problem, sometimes cured by updating video drivers, but sometimes
not. It's a known issue.

Right click on the taskbar and make sure that "keep taskbar on top of other
windows" is checked. Seems this fixed mine once when I had the same
problem. Good luck.
