notification in outlook

is it possible to set a notification on a subfolder when
unread messages are moved into a subfolder from the inbox?
EX: a common "Service" account is used (accessed) by
several people, each person has a subfolder in that
service account. The admin moves an unread message
into "my" subfolder, how can I or admin set a notification
on that subfolder to let me know that a new unread item is
there?
