how to configure to allow a email send to user Outlook
2003 inbox? This mail always go to users junk e-mail folder. user doesn't
want to configure on outlook 2003.

some of my intranet applications have alert feature by auto sending
notification emails to specific internal users. But all these notification
emails went to users MS Outlook 2003 "Junk E-mail Folder". Once a while, it
will goes to user 'inbox'. What could be the caused of it?

Without detailed information it is hard to tell. Incorrect message headers
could be the cause.

any solution for that?
In the 'From' field of the notification email, i enter a valid user email
account, (e-mail address removed)

Did you add that user to the Safe Senders list?

you meant all users affected have to do it on their MS Outlook 2003
manually?
my company domain is eg. "company.com". The notification mail sent out from
a machine with my email account in the 'From:' field. It's just like i sent
email to my colleague in the same company. Why for this case it won' go to
'Junk E-mail' folder?

Unless you're using Exchange and there's an Exchange level safe senders
list, I suspect so, but I can't answer that.

Beats me. Obviously something about it is triggering the junk mail filter.
