"Notebook" is still vanishing in front of me .... gulp!

Hi,

I reported this strange behaviour a few days ago, concering my IE freezing
up. I subsequently received a notice from AT&T to try disabling my "pop-up
stopper".Di that; and that seems to have corrected the problem.

But I still am having the other equally frustrating problem:

1. When I try to open Notebook (to edit HTML files) ... after only a few
moments ... maybe 30-60 seconds, Notebook just closes all by itself ... poof!
That never ever used to happen ...

I tried going to "tools" and clearing the temp files; clearing cookies; even
my history ... do not know what else to try.

I have up-to-date Norton anti-virus stuff on all the time. I'm a subscriber.

Would appreciate any suggestions.

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW
