Is this a new issue? Has the server previously been accepting mail and
suddenly is not? Check to make sure that A) your domain has not expired and
B) that the MX record for your domain is pointed to the correct place.

Go to http://www.dnsstuff.com. In the right column under Hostname Tests
enter your domain name (without the www) in the box, and select MX from the
drop-down box, then click Lookup.

Does it resolve? Does the record with type MX match your mail server
(assuming mail is delivered directly to your server and not to some other
host like Postini first)?

Hi,

Thanks for posting here.

If I understood properly, your issue is: The exchange users inside the
company failed to receive any external messages. All internal e-mails are
received properly.

Is that correct?

First, as this can be caused by many reasons, please do the following test
to narrow it down:

* Test with new profile on another client
=====================
Please create a new Outlook profile on a different workstation within your
company to see if this problem can be reproduced.

About how to do this, please refer to the following KB article:

829918 How to create a new e-mail profile in Outlook 2007 and in Outlook
2003
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;829918

If the problem can be reproduced on another client, then I think this is an
Exchange issue rather than Outlook. Please post this request to the
following newsgroup: microsoft.public.exchange.clients

Please do this test and tell me the test result. I am looking forward to
hear from you.

Regards,

Leon Hao
