Not receiving emails from certain people

I am not able to receive emails from a couple of people. I have not set any
restrictions that I am aware of and these are not junk email senders. Any
suggestions what I can try. I am using Outlook 2003.

Many possibilities; one could be that your ISP uses an IP-address-based
junk mail filter that would block all messages from certain IP addresses
at spam-friendly ISPs such as Verizon etc.

I am having this same problem all of a sudden (also Outlook 2003). I am not
receiving emails from friends, people that I have received hundreds of emails
from previously.

Can you check your web-based email to see if the emails are actually
received at your end?
