Not receiving all my e-mails

I use outlook 2007 with outlook connector, to get my live emails. When I open
outlook, most times it gets hung up and says outlook is signing in to
account, I have to close outlook at least 3-4 times and re-open to get the
messages to download. Then when messages download, I dont get all my
messages, I go to windows live and log in and there are messages there that
did not come through to Outlook.

Can anyone please help with this problem? Thanks

It gets worse. Check out my post "Outlook 2003 Won't Retrieve All Hotmail
Messages". In my opinion Microsoft has a serrver issue which occured when
they migrated the Hotmail servers from DAV to IMAP and they just won't
acknowledge it.
If you right click on your Hotmail account in Outlook you can see the
"Properties". If you clcik on "Folder Size", do you see any "Sync Issues".
Are they "Local Issues"?
Just any FYI, I've got 30 MB on the Hotmail server that I can't download.

The Hotmail servers don't use IMAP, they use DeltaSync.
