"not implemented" error

I have 2003 Office XP Pro and have been getting a "not implemented" error
when attempting to save new contacts into my "Contact" folder in Outlook. I
can modify and save current contacts, but am unable to create and save a new
contact. What's the solution?

I have found when I get this error on our workstations it can be fixed by
repairing your office install. Go to the control panel > add/remove
programs. Find Office 2003 and click "change", you will then get a window to
remove, repair, or install. Choose repair and let it run then it will ask to
reboot.
