Not enough storage

Hi all,
On one computer a user is trying to clean up their Mailbox. Until now they
have been able to drag and drop mail items from outlook into folders. As of
today the one user now gets a message saying: "Not enough Storage is
avaliable to process this Command" . I searched through this forum but have
not found an answer to this.
Any Ideas, fixes. All systems are running current patches / fixes etc.

Is there any information in the event viewer for the time this happens?

If not, please provide more info - Outlook version, account type, PST
file version and size, etc.
