'Not enough server storeage to process this command.'

I get this error on my peer-to-peer when trying to access
the second computer. (2 computer net) A.- Neither
computer is set-up as a server and B. this just started
happening. About 2 months ago, the same problem happened
in reverse. It magically went away. This started after
installing Norton Personal Firewall.
