Not enough server storage is available to process this command.

When attempting to view the files and folders on a networked XP computer with my XP computer, i am confronted with this message:

<Folder> is not accessable. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

Not enough server storage is available to process this command.

What must I do to correct this?
