Not allowed to create a report

I keep getting a message stating "The wizard is unable to create your
report". Why is this happening?

The most common reason that people encounter this seems to be that the
record source has more fields than the report wizard can handle, but there
may well be other reasons. There's only so much that can be done with
wizards, if your report is too complex for the report wizard you may need to
design the report manually without using the wizard.
