Not all shared contacts show up

Hi All
I have a user that has access to her boses contacts. When she opens his
contact list she only sees 713 out of 977 contacts. If we access her outlook
through Citrix all 977 contacts show up. Also if I set up outlook on another
PC with her account all 977 contacts show up. I have tried to uninstall,
reboot and reinstall outlook on her workstation (both through add/remove
programs and using the install disks remove feature) but it automatically
configures her account without asking me for input. She has some software on
her PC that is a nightmare to get set up so I would like to avoid replacing
her workstation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is using Cached Exchange Mode.

OK, I got it figured out thanks to the questions asked by Diane. I renamed
the cleared the check box next to Cached Exchange Mode, closed outlook,
renamed the .ost files, and restarted outlook and all the contacts showed up.
