not able to view photos

When attempting to copy photos from My Pictures to a CD,
I do not have a "copy to CD" option under "Picture
Tasks".

I have been copying photos to a CD by clicking on the
photo files or a folder in My Pictures and then
under "File and Folder Tasks", clicking on "copy this
folder". At which point a window pops up allowing me to
click on the CD-rom drive and copy the photos to the CD.
I am able to view the photos on the CD on my computer,
but when I try to view them on another computer, they do
not appear to be there.

If the images that I copy onto the CD are viewable on my
computer, how can they not be viewable on another
computer?

Also, when I right click on the file that I want to copy,
and then click on "send to", I do not have a "CD-rom
drive" option listed.

Is the problem that I do not have the ability to finalize
the copy process without the use of the "copy to cd
wizard"? Where is the wizard?
