Nibor,
Without knowing the actual problem:
Reinstallation of Internet Explorer just restores the missing/corrupt IE system files, and does not eliminate spyware or any consequences caused by spyware. In MOST cases, reinstallation of Internet Explorer is not necessary, especially true in case of Windows XP (again guessing the Operating System as XP, as you've provided none of the information).
How to Reinstall or Repair Internet Explorer and Outlook Express in Windows XP:

[Set the registry key "IsInstalled" to 0]
Unable to Install Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP:

installed and not able to continue. Start-programs has no IE or Outlook
Express. Add/remove has IE Q867801 size is blank and Outlook Express Q823353
size is blank. Have been using MSN browser to get around on internet .
Thanks, Nibor
