Not able to do any FTP Transfers, after upgrading to Windows SP2

I have just upgraded to Windows SP2 and I seem not to be able to upload any
files to my Server. I can see my files OK, but I get a Timeout when I try to
connect.

Is there a Windows option, I need to de-select to enable me to upload.

Check the windows Firewall is not stopping anything, you may need to add ur
FTP service. Check that your correct ports are open.
