Not able to access another computer on network

MSHOMEI have 3 computers

1 laptop
1 desktop called HP
1 desktop called Custom

the machine Custom cannot see the shares on the machine HP.

I get the error message:

MSHOME
\\HP\is not accessible. You might not have enough permissions to use this
network resource. Contact the administrator of the server to find out if you
have access permissions.

The network path was not found.

OK

Can someone please help.

This was working a while ago. nothing changed as far as I know.

Can you ping the HP by IP? If yes,can you ping by name? or this link may
