"Not a valid bookmark"

Hi everyone.

I'm fairly new to Access but getting the hang of it.

Today, as I was entering new data into my database our network crashed.
Upon reopenning the database the last item I entered is gone, which was
expected, but now in all fields it says #Error. When I click or tab into any
of the fields I get the "Not a valid bookmark" error popping up and it won't
let me do anything with that row now. I'm concerned about continuing to
enter my data fearing the db to be corrupted.

Anyone have any suggestions?

You're correct, it is probably corrupted. Steps one, two and three - MAKE A
BACKUP COPY OF THE FILE.
