Norton AV Automatic Live Update Doesn't Run

We have two computers, each with WinXP Home and the current Norton AV. Each
Norton is set for automatic live updates of the virus files. On one
computer, things work as they should, with automatic updates every few days.
The other computer doesn't do the live updates automatically, although
manually clicking for the update works normally.

Is it possible the IE has some setting which might account for the
difference?

On the machine were Live Update is not working, do you have it running as a scheduled
task? If so, delete the "Job" from Task Scheduler and Re-Schedule the Live Update'
event via Norton A-V.

You may manually run Live Update by typing "luall (no quotes) from your Run > Dialog
Box.

HTH, please post back if you need further assistance.
