normal user is not getting wireless link

Hi

I Configured a Windows 2000 professional with Dlink
Wireless Card . The wireless link is working perfectly
when I am login as Administrator.But when I log on as
normal user the wirless link is not being activated (means
I can see the red cross mark).

How can I fix this problem
