None of my contacts show up in the address book - how do I fix it.

I had to re-install windows 2000, I backed up the outlook.pst file before
reinstalling. After completing the windows reinstallation and reloading
outlook 2002, and after some password problems outlook is up and running
again with all my data restored - except there are no names in the address
book (I have a couple of hundred contacts) - I can't seem to find a solution
- any ideas?
