No VBA when I record a macro (Excel 2007)

When I record a macro in Excel 2007 where I select and modify the
propertiers of text boxes (TextBox and Label) there is nothing
recorded when I switch over to VBA. Other actions such as selecting
cells, adding text to cells works and is in VBA, but nothing to do
with with text boxes. Am I missing something?

No Excel 2007 is missing something. Let's hope MS gets to this in Excel 14.
