no toolbars, no scrollbars

I would appreciate someone showing me how to get a browser window to

- load to a specified size
- at a specified position
- have no toolbars
- no scrollbars
-no address bar

I don't want this to be done from onClick of another page. It has to be
onload of this page.

Thanks

Forget it
- blocked and prevented by Windows and browser security, Especially on Win XP SP2
- an old "trick" used mostly by porn / spam / hijack sites, and now thankfully in the grave and prevented

You can only to it w/ a onclick popup window (a secondary window the user chooses to open)
- and even then Win XP will add address bar and menu tool bar
