No text displayed on emails Outlook

When I open my inbox or other folders, I can not see ANY text or pictures in
the viewing pane for the email that is selected. If I double click the
desired email in the inbox or whatever, a second box opens up and I can see
the email. What is going on? The only thing I can think that changed since
yesterday is some automatic updates.

I woke up to this same problem today. Emails download as usual, but when I
try to open them, I can read only the header -- the body of the email is
empty or shows whatever screen or desktop image it's opening on top of.

I've tried repairing Office, re-installing Outlook, going to yesterday's
system restore point, all with no effect. I tried to create a new Outlook
2007 .pst file but the wizard wouldn't let me type in a new name when the
time came. I tried to create the new name using copy-paste-rename in Windows
Explorer, but the wizard wouldnt' let me display my old .pst file when it
came time to import my old .pst data into the new file.

I'm using Windows XP Pro and Outlook (Office) 2007.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

You should be able to uninstall BCM in Add/Remove Programs.
