When I upgraded to Windows XP, I no longer have a sound device. My computer
says, I don't have an audio device installed on my computer. It is not my
speakers and everything was working properly until I downloaded XP

Update the drivers for your soundcard that are compatible with XP from
the manufacturers website.

You need to download and install XP specific drivers for your soundcard - go
to the manufacturer's website.
