no sound after reinstaling win xp pro,exclamation mark next to graphics card

ive got a p-4 ,1.54 ghz computer my computer had all
kinds of problems and was running very slow so i decided
to reinstall win xp pro again,after i did so i couldnt
hear any sound from my pc.when i checked the device
manager i found yellow exclamation marks next to
multimedia nad sound device,so ireinstalled it but still
couldnt get any sound from the computer,and the other
problem is yellow exclamation mark next to s3 prosavage
graphics in the device manager i dont have a driver cd
for it and my computer is running slow,mitopens window
like a curtain slowly i have 128and 64 mb in the two
slots adding upto 192 mb in total but my system
information reads only 160 mb,and whenever i watch movies
rom cds using windows media player,it gets stuck for say
5-10 sec and then plays the movie and keeps doing the
samr after every 10 secs and this is the case with every
movie i try to play.iam not sure about the version as it
shows 8.0 when i click on about wmp in the help tab,
ithink it might be wmp 7.1.

But for the sound I don't figure out what is the card exactly. Can you search for this?
