and imported it to the click to dvd program burned the dvd but no sound was
on it. i am really excited about using this program. the movie looks great
but i would
love to be able to burn it and give it to my friend that the movie is about
(race car driving). I am really fustrated staying up all hours of the night
tryin to figure this out. Can somebody please help

Thank you very much, I would also like to thank you for sharing your story
on your website and I have a daughter that is almost 3 and I just don't know
if I would be able to live my life without her. I have you and your family in
my prayers. God bless you.

Thank you for that. Believe me if it wasn't for my daughter (she was 7 at
the time) I don't know if I would have gotten through it myself.

Yes, listen to Wojo. I also have never had any good luck with Click to DVD
on some things, so I abandoned it for greener pastures (I mean better
programs! ha ha).
He didn't offer any suggestions for a new author/burn program, but I know he
agrees with me when I say that Ulead's Movie Factory is great.....you can get
the std one for $49.95 yet I think (and a trial version first)....at
www.ulead.com

Oh, I just remembered why your DV-AVI file wouldnt work...its because the
Click to DVD program works only with MPEGS. I have the Sony GigaPocket
(tv/recorder) and whenever anything is recorded it is in some kind of
proprietary Sony form and in lower MPEG format....thats the problem for sure.
This means that if you got AVS Covnerter you could convert your AVI file
into MPEG and then when you use Click to DVD it very likly would work for you.

I do agree with you about Movie Factory.
I did make a suggestion to check the list on my website (of course Ulead is
there) but I did it in the other post the op made on the same subject.

That's right I forgot Click to DVD only worked with MPEG files (MPEG2 even
if I remember right)
