No Server on Port 80

I am still using FrontPage98. I tried to use it tonight for the first
time in a long time to update my home page. However, I couldn't open my
web. I got an error message saying:
"There is no server at Port 80 at "sharon"

I seem to remember hearing something about this problem before but I
can't remember what the solution was. Can anyone help?

Before start FP, make sure the PWS is running (or installed). Under Windows
98 SE, if the PWS is disabled and you close Windows, then when you restart
Windows, it will remember the previous state.
