No "recycle bin"

After using a tweak progran I lost my recycle bin, also
Norton protected recycle bin. How do I get them back?

See if the "tweak program" has an undo feature. Otherwise, this solution

Is it just the icon that has gone , You will find the
recycle bin at the bottom of the folder tree in Windows
Explorer.
