No record of File Replication System

On the DC that is FSMO holder I get this error when
running DCdiag:
Starting test: frssysvol
Error: No record of File Replication System, SYSVOL
started.The Active Directory may be prevented from
starting.

But the File replication Service is started but I have no
events at all in the evetlog for it.
Everything looks ok when I run Active Directory
Replication Monitor.

Is there anything I should do?

Restart the FRS service see what you get in the FRS event log at that point.
