no pictures or graphics in emails

hi i have not been able to display pictures or graphics in recived e-mails no
matter what settings i change so far all i get are the outline of the boxes
where they should be can anyone help please

Assuming that you are downloading in HTML format go to
tools/options/security and then "change automatic download settings"

i have changed the setting to allow pictures and still can not get pictures
it has made no difference pictures display in outlook eaxpress ok but not
office outlook thanks for your reply

HI All,

I am seeing the same problem in OUtlook 2003 with BCM.
I think all the latest updates are applied (inc one I found called
service pack 3 for SBE and OUtlook with BCM) but the issue of no
pictures is still here.
It seemed to start about a week ago and no matter where I look or how I
change the Automatic Download setting it makes no difference except it
prompts to dowmload the pictures and if you click that you just get
placeholders and no pictures!! Its bizarre

I have the same problem with OL2003 that one user sees a square with a small
red x in the top left corner and no matter what setting, I don't see
pictures.
