no outlook themes installed

I did not update all of office to 2007. Only some programs. I have always
liked using themes for messages. Outlook tools now says that themes are not
installed. I have been trying everything I know to install themes for
messages. I cannot find help when I try to get help. I should love to
choose a theme under Tools/options/themes, to make my messages more
attractive. Is there no way to do this, using office or word??? Thank you
so much, I hope for help.

You must install Office 2007 with both Outlook and Word to get themes.
