I bougt a new linksys wireless adapter, when I use the software to configure
wireless networks i can find my network. When I use wireless zero there are
no networks in range. The software they provide keeps dropping my connection
so I would really like windows to connect for me. Is there something I can do
to fiix this problem. When I plug the adapter into another computer I am able
to find the wireless networks with no problem. I am wondering if i have
disabled a service or something to prevent windows from being able to connect
for me. I did check and wireless zero was running and the device is working
properly.. Thanks for any help.

Is your router configured to not broadcast the SSID?

Yes the box is checked to let windows manage and ssid is enabled. I am able
to see the network with linksys monitor when i switch to that but when i use
windows there are no networks at all.
