No more indent and '>' when repliing to newsgroup-post

Hello!

For some weeks now Windows Mail (under Vista
Business, german, 32-bit, with all regular
patches etc.) won't indent and add the '>'-sign
when I reply to a newsgroup-post.

Extras - Options - Sending - Text-Only-Settings -
Indent the original text with '>' when answering
or forwarding
(translated from the german GUI) is set but
nothing happens any more?!

In all the months before with Windows Mail I
haven't had this problem and as I have the same
problem at work since some weeks I suspect that
e. g. an update has changed something.

What shall I do, check or change?

This happens with all posts? When you reply to my post,
you won't be able to indent with the > character because
I'm using MIME/Quoted-Printable format. That is a known
bug in OE/WM, which has finally been fixed in Windows
Live Mail.
