No members on Distribution List are Receiving email from me.

Recently none of the members on a distribution list are receiving emails from
me. This is not a new distribution list, nor has it been modified recently.
When I hit send the send/complete appears to execute normally with no
failure and nothing sent to my Outbox. I have no problem send mail to
individual receipients.

Is this an Exchange DL, or is it an Internet based mailing list? Are you
sending via an SMTP server or via Exchange?

The dist list is was created in Microsoft Exchange. (Sorry, not familiar
with your exchange reference.) Sending mail via a Time-Warner Cable email
account using SMTP.

Ok, so there's a distribution list on an Exchange server. You are sending
into that Exchange server from outside the Exchange organization.

Do you also have an account on that Exchange server?
Have you contacted the administrator of the Exchange server to verify that
no permissions have changed on the DL? Any sort of lockdown procedure would
often lock a DL so that external users can not mail to it.

I'm sorry, I meant to say "The dist list is was created in Microsoft
OUTLOOK", not exchange.

Ok, first, if you look at the item in your Sent Items folder, are all the
people on the To line?

Next, does your ISP provide you a web based access to your email? I would
try sending through that, to verify that that works.

I would also contact the ISP to see if they instituted any changes regarding
the maximum number of users you can mail to at a single time.

I to have been experiencing the same issue with several Distributions from inside my Exchange Organization. For some reason existing Distribution Groups will stop receiving mail (from both internal and external). I have found that if I change the group type (i.e. global to universal) and send a test message it works fine. Once I do that I can change it back and it works fine again for a little while until I hear the next dist group is having issues and I have to do the same routine again. Does anyone know what may be causing this?

a) This isn't a web forum, it's a newsgroup and eggheadcafe uses a very
poor implementation of a newsgroup<->web forum engine. We can't see
everything you're replying to. You owe it to yourself to set up a
newsreader like Outlook Express or something better and connecting directly
to msnews.microsoft.com to work with these newsgroups.

b) Once you've done that, you'll want to ask this over in the Exchange
newsgroups since it has nothing to do with Outlook.
