no help no sys info

when clicking on explorer help in the menu bar __nothing happens- also there
are no acc/ sys tools/ sys info- I can bring up by run and type " msconfig
sfc " this has happened twice today___at first I ghosted a basic replacement
which gave me all the help files back___but during the day they disappeared
again__at this time I was running SP1__and decided to install SP2--__I did a
check for spyware and virus and finished doing a chkdisk scan before
installing SP2__I am at this moment still without help and system
info___________all help gratefully received
