OK, that's a good start. Now to try the second computer. Put PP on that, and
do exactly the same. And see when connectivity is lost, and what hop in the PP
display shows red. Be sure to let PP run for a while, and see if the problem
comes and goes too.

Chuck, the second computer will not even connect now to get ping plotter on it so I tried to repair network connections and it failed could not complete IP address renew.

OK, Stacey (the computer) is definitely not getting an address using WiFi
("169.254.197.110" is APIPA, and no address). Has it ever gotten an address
using WiFi? If you connect it to the router, using Ethernet, what happens
("ipconfig /all" would be useful here).
