No Files in Recycle Bin

Hi All,
I have no files in my Recycle Bin and there is no recycled folder on either
my C or D drives. When I delete a file it just vanishes.
XP Pro, SP2. Over the past two days I have loaded the MS Malware Detector,
successfully copied my old C drive to my new Raptor using Western Digital
Tools, and run NOD32 AV, Ad-Aware, and Spybot - no baddies other than the
nuisance WurldMedia stuff. Any ideas?

The Recycle Bin is on my desktop and I haven't by-passed it. I *really*
don't want to do a repair install of XP :-(
