No chart that I once was able to get

When I go to Fidelity.com, quotes, stocks, charts and
symbol teva I end up with an oulined rectangle. The
rectangle has a small rectangle in the upper left corner
that has a colored square, a colored triangle and a
colored circle. OS IS WNDOWS 98.

Is this the result of something being wrong with java or
java script or internet explorer 6?

There is a problem with that site. It is attempting to produce the chart as a
..img file, which is an unknown MIME-type, and non-existent in TIF.

The charting function on excite.com works fine.
