no attachment seen

When sending an attachment from Outlook 2003 and
particularly a PDF file, users of Outlook express do not
see the attachment with the email, although the total
message size appears to be what you would expect if the
attachmnet was recieved.

Any help?

Make sure you message format is plain text or html. You also might have to
switch away from Word being your email editor. If neither of these
suggestions work, post back since there are other things that can cause the
message to go out in Rich Text format which Outlook Express doesn't support.

Tell your Outlook Express users to click Tools -> Options-> Security and
untick "Do not allow attachments to be opened or saved that could potentially
be a virus"

They should then see the attachment
