No Advanced tab under Control Panel/User Accounts

On a WinXP Pro sp3 machine there is no Advanced tab under Control Panel/User
Accounts (we are in Classic view). We are trying to require users to press
Ctrl-Alt-Del in order to log on locally to a machine, but can not find the
Advanced tab in order to do this. There is only Change an Account, Create a
New Account, and Change the Way Users Log On and Off (which only enables User
Fast Switching). TIA ...
